Introduction

It’s easy to add orders quickly in the user interface: go to the orders view and click the Add Order button. This will take you to a different screen to add your order.

Instructions

Navigation

  1. Navigate to the Orders view from the main menu.

  2. Click Add Order.

Add a Contact

  1. Click Address Book.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Select an existing contact from the list.

    • To add a new contact: a. Click Add New Contact. b. Fill in the required contact information. c. Click Save and Add to Order.

  3. Close the Address Book window.

Add Products

  1. Click Add products to open the catalog.

  2. Use the search and filter fields to find your products.

  3. Enter the desired amount in the quantity column for each item.

  4. Click Add next to the quantity field to add the item to the order.

  5. Click Close when you are done adding products.

Add Shipping & Finalize

  1. Click Add Shipping Information.

  2. Fill in the required shipping details, ensuring Carrier and Ship Method are completed.

  3. Click Ok.

  4. (Optional) Scroll down to add attachments, packing slip notes, or internal notes.

  5. Click Save Order to create the order.
