Purpose

The Wall View is a great way to communicate with your warehouse team and has a simple dashboard.

  • Simple Dashboard: Monitor orders per Client (OMS) and track statuses such as: Low balance, On hold, Backorder, etc

  • Communicate with the warehouse team: Use the Wall to quickly communicate with your warehouse team through messaging.

Navigation

Access the Wall View: Go to your OMS ⇾ Wall to open the Wall interface.

Chatting with your warehouse team

Shipedge provides an internal chat feature that allows you to easily communicate with your warehouse team. You can start topics, participate in discussions, and collaborate with both your warehouse team and users.

1. To chat with your internal team, go to the bottom section and start making posts. Any user, or member from the warehouse team, can reply to your post or create a new one.

2. You can easily edit a topic by clicking the gear icon next to it.

3. You can also archive a topic using the arrow icon:

You review all archived conversation topics from this screen.

Simple Dashboard

You will see statistics about your Inventory, orders, and expenses you made:

Inventory

View all current inventory details, including:

  • Available: Units not assigned to any order, ready to be used.

  • Reserved: Units assigned to orders (also known as 'on hold').

  • Oversold: Inventory assigned to orders where there is not enough stock available.

  • Hurt Units: Units stored in hurt (damaged) locations.

Orders

Displays the orders from the last 2 weeks, including:

  • Shipped

  • Backorder

  • Other statuses (Pending, Editing, Canceled, Dropshipping, etc.)

Expenses

Shows the expenses you incurred in the last 2 weeks, including:

  • Shipping fees

  • Handling fees

  • VAS (Value-Added Services) charges
