The mobile app can be used to easily pick and pack orders and make this process more efficient by;
Allowing you to pick a single or multiple orders at once using a picking cart.
Generating efficient picking routes that guide your picker through the warehouse in a way that minimizes the distance of travel by stopping at one location/bin for multiple items or multiple orders.
Simple Order Picking
To pick orders using the mobile app;
Log in to the mobile app using a user token
Tap the "PICK AND PACK" workflow to get started
Load orders by;
Entering shipping #s
Scanning the barcode at the top of the packing slips
Loading orders
Tap "pick and pack" to get started
The first picking location will show on your screen
Scan bin, or item barcode (to verify you are picking from the right bin/SKU)
If more than 1 unit, enter units by;
Typing in the number of units picked (after picking the right number of units)
Tapping the + button with each pick
Scanning each barcoded unit as you pick
Pack products after picking in the packing screen by
Scanning the shipping number barcode at the top of each packing slip
Scanning a barcoded try;
1 scan to tie the tray for the first time (only necessary the first time.
1 scan to verify packing into the right tray
Do this until all loaded orders are picked and packed.
